Terms & Conditions of Warranty
As of June 2016, PowerStick products come with a warranty card that instructs you to register your product. A successful registration validates the warranty. The warranty must be registered within 10 days of the order date (for products that are purchased through an online store) or date of receipt (for products that were given as a corporate gift). Proof of purchase must be provided when applicable.
If your PowerStick charger was purchased from our website or through our corporate branding division, it is covered by a warranty as stated in the drop-down menu on this page. This warranty will not apply to units that have been purchased from non-authorized sources or ones damaged through improper use.
Prior to initiating any warranty actions, please contact our customer service desk who can first try to troubleshoot the issue. If no solution can be found, a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be provided. Only products returned with an RMA# will be processed. If it is deemed necessary to return the product to be repaired or replaced the cost of the return shall be the responsibility of the owner/sender.
For products that are defective upon receipt, the warranty covers shipment to the country from where the corporate order was originally placed. If your shipping address is outside of the country where the original corporate order was shipped, the warranty does not cover the cost of shipment.
