How it all began…
A Canadian solar engineering company embarked on a mission to design and manufacture a portable charging product, and thus the PowerStick Classic was born.
The PowerStick Classic garnered significant attention, earning a coveted Best in Show award for Innovation and Engineering at CES. Resellers quickly took notice, and soon, a large national retailer stocked the product. In their Los Angeles store, the CEO of an international airline discovered the PowerStick Classic and deemed it perfect for their customer recognition program. This resulted in an order surpassing all previous retail sales, free from the usual conditions of the retail channel.
The corporate market for PowerStick chargers rapidly expanded, outpacing retail sales. Consequently, PowerStick pivoted to focus on branded corporate sales through promotional partners.
The original PowerStick Classic was just the beginning. Numerous iterations have since been developed to keep the brand technologically current. As the smartphone market evolved, PowerStick introduced new charging technologies featuring larger batteries, wireless capabilities, and enhanced circuitry.

PowerStick.com has emerged as a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality consumer technology products for corporate events and programs. We collaborate closely with promotional product distributors (PPAI, ASI, PPPC) to transform marketing ideas into successes. Many respected companies, such as Ford and Google, have chosen PowerStick products to represent and promote their brands. Our lifetime warranty on all Canadian-made chargers ensures they are a quality investment and a reliable representation of their brand.
Every aspect of our technology product development is performed in-house by our team of designers, engineers, assemblers, branders, and packagers. With all this talent under one roof, we can hold frequent and immediate product concept and development meetings.
Our company now operates out of two side-by-side buildings, providing significant storage space. This enables us to swiftly convert considerable quantities of components into finished products, offering quick turnaround on orders and proudly displaying the “Made in Canada” label on most of our powerbanks. This label provides USMCA certification, ensuring seamless border crossings and no duties or taxes for our U.S. clients.
