To Delete Your Account - From within the app

• FROM THE APPs bottom menu tap SETTINGS.

• Next, tap your email address listed under ACCOUNT.

• At the bottom of that next page is an orange button DELETE ACCOUNT.

Once your account is deleted your Spot product will be deleted from the app, your Spot product will no longer be trackable, your login and password information will be deleted from the server.

To Delete Your Account - Alternative Method: If you no longer wish to use the Spot 2.0 Bluetooth Finder app and would like to delete your account please follow the below steps. Send an email to support@powerstick.com with the following information:

1. Provide the user name and email address associated with the Spot 2.0 app account

2. Advise us if you are you using the IOS or Android app?

3. Provide a reason why would like to delete the account?

Once your account is deleted your Spot product will be deleted from the app, your Spot product will no longer be trackable, your login and password information will be deleted from the server.
