These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spot 2.0 mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Powerstick.com Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, current information and maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must:

Keep your password secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately. Provisions that survive termination include ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property related to the Service remain the property of Powerstick.com Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
